AI does not work for me!

A friend told me they refuse to use AI.
“It’s useless. Humans do it better.”

I hear some version of this every week.

An agent is like a baby.

We have to teach it the ways of the world.

Its world.

We have to give it context, teach it how to walk and talk.

And have the patience to understand that in the beginning it will be the dumbest it will ever be.

As it starts building its memory, learning new lessons and having access to new tools, eventually it will graduate and move out of the house.

The same way you don’t expect a toddler to use the stove and cook a steak, don’t expect an agent to be running your whole business by day 10.

The more time you spend improving it, the faster it will do things independently.

PS. At times it will start hallucinating and doing crazy things, just push through those teenage hormones and you will be fine 😁
